Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy
By purchasing services from ttclassifieds.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Payment
ttclassifieds.com has the following payment options:

1. By Cheque
2. Local Bank Deposit in Trinidad or Tobago
3. International Bank Deposit

All Ads are for a period of 1 (one) year. All changes or alterations to Ads during this period will incur additional costs. These costs are based on addition or removal of images / graphics or text. It is also based on changes to an entire Ad in which a new fee may be applied.

Renewal
In order to ensure uninterrupted service to your Ads, the service contract will automatically renew unless cancelled by the owner. Cancellation must be received by ttclassifieds.com via email at least 2 weeks prior to the date of renewal. ttclassifieds.com will acknowledge the cancellation notice within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive acknowledgement, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds
No refund is offered or promised. Customers should satisfy themselves in advance that they wish to use this service.

Acceptable Use Policy
ttclassifieds.com reserves the right to refuse service to any Ad at our sole discretion. Although we do not believe in censorship, ttclassifieds.com does not allow the following types of Ads:

1. Ads / Websites containing pornographic material
2. Racist or hate-related Ads / Websites
3. "Warez" Ads / Websites, including but not limited to any copyrighted     software
4. Ads which provide methods for circumventing copy protection ("cracks", key     codes, serial numbers, etc...) are also not permitted.
5. Ads / Websites containing any other content which is not legal in Trinidad     and Tobago

Multiple Ads / Websites per customer
ttclassifieds.com allows multiple Ads / Websites per customer. If more than one Ad / Website is being serviced for a particular customer, ttclassifieds.com reserves the right to charge accordingly for each separate Ad / Website.

Copyright

Our trade marks, including slogan and logo are the sole property of ttclassifieds.com. Once you visit the site it does not grant you a license to use our trade marks.

You are permitted to browse the contents of the site and you are free to use the information provided therein to contact the various businesses advertised.

Copying of the contents of the site is prohibited and limited to the advertising companies / stakeholders involved.

Copying from any of the websites of companies / stakeholders advertising on ttclassifieds.com is subject to approval from the site owners.
